Sorry to be the bummer-gal today, but here is a list of things that suck right now...
1. I haven't been able to run for about a week, since I hurt my back somehow (I think it's just a muscle thing). It's been annoying, because all I want to do is RUN. I've just been working out on the elliptical instead and lifting weights.
2. I wanted to sign up and do the Kennett Square, PA 5K tomorrow, but with the back hurting, I cannot.
3. My poor baby girl has been colicky and has a double ear infection! Ugh. No sleep for mommy and daddy.
4. I have to go back to work next week now that my maternity leave is ending. Boooooooo......
Like I said, sorry to be complain-y, but these are a few things that suck recently. I'm looking forward to some change (for the better). Bring it on.

ReplyDeleteStacy...SOOOOOOOO sorry you have to go back to work. It is such a bummer to leave baby...BUT your co-workers are going to be sooo excited to see you and hear all about your adventures! (just trying to cheer you up...ALSO, last time by back hurt...I blamed the way I strike my foot to the ground while running...new shoes did the trick. knees and hips also started to hurt less...Don't know if you need new shoes, but I thought I'd take a shot. p.s. I like saucony and one of my marathon runner friends does too.)
